LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Grand Jury will decide whether to indict a man who is accused of killing a taxi driver.

Miles Matthews of Corydon was arrested in New York in July.

Police say he's responsible for the death of 34-year-old Adam Gregg, who was found murdered in Oldham County.

Police say Matthews was driving Gregg's car at the time of the arrest.

He was extradited to Kentucky and appeared before a judge Wednesday for a probable cause hearing.

The case was sent to a grand jury.
