LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – The USL-Pro season came to an end last weekend, with Sacramento Republic FC capping off its inaugural season with a championship game win over Harrisburg City.

With Louisville City's own inaugural season about to begin, now is your chance to be a part of it.

The club will be holding invitational tryouts in November, allowing anyone with the right stuff a shot at a playing contract for the inaugural season.

“As we build our roster for the 2015 season and beyond, holding these tryouts will be an important piece to adding players to our roster,” said LCFC head coach James O'Connor. “I'm looking forward to seeing what the local player talent possesses as well as seeing what players from around the world have an interest in joining our squad.

Tryouts will be held at the Collegiate Fields on Champions Trace near Bashford Manor. The cost is $150 for local participants who will not need accommodations and 300 for those coming in from out of town.

Players interested in participating must submit an application and a playing resume/CV by October 14. About 90 players will be invited to participate from those who apply.

The tryout dates are set for November 22 & 23, sessions will be from 9-11 a.m. each day.
