LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Customers may soon find themselves collecting or returning UPS packages at the grocery store.

UPS says it wants to make it easier for customers to get their packages after complaints about failed deliveries. The company is now using lockers in some neighborhood grocery and convenience stores.

UPS has installed nearly 300 lockers called "access point locations" in New York City and Chicago.

The company expects to have 20,000 locations across Europe and the Americas by the end of 2015.
