LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- There is new information about evidence found 15 years after Jessica Dishon was murdered.

Court papers show a blanket tested positive for blood -- but investigators aren't yet sure if it was human.

The blanket and other items were found in May in a barn and building near the River Bottoms in Bullitt County. That's about a mile from where Dishon's body was found in 1999.

Documents show that early tests found blood on a fitted sheet, but that could not be confirmed through further analysis.

Prosecutors say a jail informant told them Stanley Dishon -- the girl's uncle -- confessed to taking the teen to the barn before he killed her. Stanley Dishon is charged with murder.
