Man accused of murdering girlfriend appears before judge in wheelchair
On Friday morning, he appeared before a judge in a wheelchair and pleaded not guilty to the crime. Antoine Bosley slowly stood up, but said very little as the judge and attorneys discussed his criminal history.
Police say Bosley killed Amy Ndao Sunday night at a home near Churchill Downs, then burned her body to hide the evidence. Investigators say Bosley was arrested yesterday after a DUI crash in Ndao's car.
In court, the judge read that Ndao filed an emergency protective order last year against Bosley, but it was dismissed.
