LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An alleged burglar with a taste for fine art is facing a felony charge after police say he burglarized a local art gallery.

According to an arrest report, the crime took place on Sept. 24, just after 11 p.m. Police say someone smashed a glass window at the Fine Art Firm Gallery and Consulting Studio at the corner of S. 3rd Street and W. Chestnut Street, and then took a $9,000 bronze statue.

After surveillance video was reviewed, police say they identified 50-year-old Ramon Tillman as the alleged burglar.

Tillman was already in custody on other charges. On Tuesday morning he pleaded not guilty a third degree burglary charge.

Tillman has been ordered not to have any contact with the art gallery.
