Moore High School football coach suspended for not reporting gun incident fast enough

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- JCPS says Moore High School head football coach Eric Dick has been suspended from coaching indefinitely, for not quickly reporting an alleged off-campus gun incident involving students.

The district says he was slow in reporting the incident to school officials earlier this week.

His suspension covers Moore's last football game of the season Friday night and applies only to his coaching duties.

Dick remains a teacher at the school.
