Hearing set to revoke Josh Young's participation in diversion program

Posted: Updated:
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville teen acquitted of murdering his stepbrother may be headed back to jail.

Prosecutors have called a hearing to revoke Josh Young's participation in a diversion program.

The program meant he could stay out of prison on an assault charge and have his record wiped clean by participating in community service.

Young was arrested twice in the same day last week for public intoxication and trespassing. He was also cited last week for shoplifting.

Police say Young also admitted that he recently had snorted meth.

Young's hearing is set for Nov. 17.
