Yarmuth continues push for minimum wage before labor and economic development committee
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- U.S. Congressman John Yarmuth is continuing his push to raise Kentucky's minimum wage.
On Thursday he is scheduled to testify before the Metro Council's Labor and Economic Development Committee. Yarmuth will discuss a proposed ordinance that would raise Louisville's minimum wage to $10.10 per hour.
The proposed wage increase would happen over a span of three years.
