LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say no one was hurt when a man fired shots from a car into a home Saturday afternoon.

According to an arrest report, it happened just before 1 p.m. on Nov. 8 in the 2000 block of Garland Avenue, which is just off Dixie Hwy. near south Second Street. That's where police say 27-year-old Donte L. Felton showed "extreme indifference to the value of human life" when he allegedly fired several rounds into the home. Police say 12 people were inside when Felton opened fire.

Police say Felton fired the shots from a car, and that the gunfire damaged the home and two vehicles parked in the street.

Felton is charged with 12 counts of wanton endangerment and two counts of criminal mischief. He's being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $25,000 cash bond.
