LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A robber picked the wrong guy to rob, according to an arrest report.

Police say a man told them he was walking through a parking lot at the corner of E. Liberty St. and S. Jackson St. just before 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15, when 26-year-old Hassan Knight came up from behind him and tried to grab a black plastic bag he was holding. Police say the victim tugged back, and Knight swung at him, demanding the bag.

A fight ensued, according to the arrest report, but the victim was able to force Knight to the ground and restrain him until police arrived. Knight had to be taken to U of L Hospital for treatment, according to the arrest report.

Afterward, he was taken to Metro Corrections. He's been charged with second-degree robbery.
