LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - The Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory is offering a special holiday promotion.

Children 12 and under will receive free admission to the museum, according to a news release issued Monday morning.

The special runs from Saturday, Dec. 20 through Monday, Jan. 5.

“We're happy to offer free admission to kids 12 and under on these select dates,” said Louisville Slugger Museum and Factory Vice President and Executive Director Anne Jewell. “In the spirit of the season, we hope this gives even more children and families a chance to enjoy A Coca-Cola Christmas and everything else we have to offer.”

A Coca-Cola Christmas is a holiday-themed exhibit that celebrates the brands of Louisville Slugger and Coca-Cola.

The exhibit honors Coke's influence on the Christmas holiday worldwide, and highlights more than 75 years of enchanting art and rare artifacts direct from Coca-Cola's exclusive collection.

The exhibit includes original Coca-Cola artwork, memorabilia, artifacts and advertising. The exhibit also features original oil paintings Haddon Sundblom, who painted Santa portraits for Coca-Cola ads from 1931 to 1964.

Admission to the museum includes, a short feature film, interactive exhibits, historic iconography, the World's Biggest Baseball Bat, an award-winning factory tour and a free miniature bat.
