Josh Young ordered to serve more jail time

Posted: Updated:
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A Louisville teen acquitted of killing his stepbrother will remain behind bars after officials say he violated his probation.

Josh Young was back in court on Wednesday for a probation revocation hearing.

Last week, Young was ordered to serve 120 days behind bars as part of an assault case for retaliating against a witness in his stepbrother's murder trial.

In court on Wednesday, Young was ordered to serve another 120 days for violating his probation because of other recent arrests.

The judge decided Young will remain in jail and serve both sentences at the same time.
