Indiana Gov. Mike Pence approves performance-based wage increases for state employees

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Some Indiana workers might receive bigger paychecks starting next year.

Governor Mike Pence has approved pay increases for state workers who receive good performance reviews.

The pay increases will range from 2 to 6 percent.


Governor Pence says it's a way of thanking employees "for a job well done in 2014."

State employees are slated to receive their performance reviews in January.
