LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police in Floyd County, Indiana, say a man rammed his car into an immediate care center because he was refused codeine.

Plywood now covers the back door of the urgent care center in Highlander Point.

The sheriff's department says on Christmas Eve, Matthew Burden tried to get prescription strength codeine cough syrup.

Employees refused and say Burden got into his Jeep Wrangler, rammed it through the back doors of the building and left.

Police were called, and while officers were still there investigating, Burden returned to the scene and was arrested.

Charges are pending.
