JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WDRB) - An Indiana man is accused of using make-up to hide tattoos on his face and then robbing a Jeffersonville bank.

Police say David W. Carter, 32, robbed the New Washington State Bank in the Youngstown Shopping Center just after 11AM Saturday.

He handed the teller a note and then took off on a bike.

Less than an hour later, officers found the bike outside a hotel and then used a K-9 to track Carter down to a room.

Police say they found a lot of money along with gloves and a bandana inside - the same disguise he's accused of using at the bank.

Carter is charged with robbery.
