LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Rashna Carmicle with B. You Fitness takes Keith Kaiser through some unique exercises because it's a New You for a New Year.
B.Silque Fit is a fitness method that utilizes a suspended aerial silk hammock for a complete body workout. Utilizing your body weight as resistance and the silk hammock for balance, the class incorporates grounded, lifted and inverted elements as well as transitional "tricks" to tone your body from head to toe.
B.Silque Fit combines the best of yoga, ballet, pilates, suspension training, and traditional strength exercises into a harmonious and innovative fitness class.
Other workout classes include Barre, the use of a ballet barre for balance and intense movements.
