LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Several candidates have entered Kentucky's race for governor, and as of Monday morning, that list includes Louisville's own, Jack Conway.

Conway, who is currently serving as Kentucky's Attorney General, filed papers at the Secretary of State's office this morning.

He's chosen Sannie Overly as his running mate. She is a state representative for the 72nd District, which is in eastern Kentucky.

The pair addressed supporters at a rally Monday morning.

Conway told the crowd he wants to create an Office of Small Business Advocacy to help cut through the red tape involved with opening a small business.
