LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Education is expected to take top priority as Indiana's governor makes his State of the State address tonight.

Gov. Mike Pence will deliver his third such address at 7 p.m. His speech is expected to promote his proposals for boosting Indiana's charter schools and the private school voucher program.

Pence is a rumored 2016 contender for the office of U.S. President -- but he has said he won't make a decision until the legislative session ends in late April.
