Unfazed by road environment, Kentucky blows past Alabama, 70-48

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - In a game Kentucky entered as single-digit favorites according to some, the Wildcats blew past that, beating Alabama, 70-48, in likely their best true road performance of the season.

The Cats were led by freshmen guards Tyler Ulis and Devin Booker, who combined for 24 points on 6-10 from the 3-point line.

After a ten-point halftime deficit, the Crimson Tide began the second half on a 10-4 run.

But that nine points was as close as they'd get as UK ballooned the lead to as much as 28.

The Cats are in action next on Tuesday, when they host Vanderbilt at 9 p.m. on the SEC Network.
