LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A former Jeffersonville elementary school principal and police dispatcher has been arrested for allegedly trying to meet up with a 15-year-old boy for sex.

It turned out that 'minor' was instead a detective with the Boynton Beach Florida Police Department posing as a child.

Police say the detective talked online for months with 64-year-old Dennis Blake, who sent an explicit photo.

Blake just recently moved to Florida and -- according to Boynton Beach Police Department -- he drove to a restaurant to meet what he thought was a 15-year-old boy for sex.

Blake, who was a teacher in Indiana, had been chatting online with the "boy" since October.

He was arrested when he arrived at TooJay restaurant in the Boynton Beach Mall around 6 p.m.

He is charged with soliciting a child for unlawful sexual conduct, traveling to meet a minor to commit an unlawful sex act and transmission of harmful material to a minor.

Blake's charges include soliciting a child for unlawful sexual conduct, and transmission of harmful material.

He was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail and awaits a court hearing in Palm Beach County.
