LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police have arrested two suspects after a man was gunned down in west Louisville Wednesday afternoon. 


It happened around 4:30 on Jan. 28 at the Russell Apartments at the corner of S. 18th Street and Muhammad Ali. According to arrest reports, 

Maunyeh Haggard and Isaiah Jenkins, both 18, were robbing another man when the victim was shot. The victim, who has since been identified as 31-year-old Andrew C. Key-Roper, was pronounced dead at the scene. 


Jenkins and witnesses told police that Haggard pulled the trigger, according to arrest reports.  


Police arrested the suspects early Thursday. They're facing murder and robbery charges and are being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $500,000 cash bond.
