LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say five people were arrested late Thursday night -- including one who was on home incarceration for murder -- after heroin was discovered inside a Louisville apartment.

He has not yet been convicted.)
Inside the apartment, officers allegedly found heroin, packaged for sale, along with digital scales and marijuana.
Several people were found in and around the apartment and were arrested, including Biggers himself, 43-year-old Tabetha Allen, 22-year-old Valarie Hindman,18-year-old Kayla N. Jones and 25-year-old Stephen Hindman.
All of them were charged with trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
