LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police say they've arrested a man who was found in possession of at least 20 images depicting child pornography images.


According to an arrest report, police conducted an undercover investigation after an online computer account linked to a Jeffersontown, Ky. address was discovered to be sharing files "indicative of child sexual exploitation."


Police say that computer account was linked to 29-year-old Matthew D. Blair.


A search warrant was executed at Blair's apartment on Overview Point Drive, near the intersection of Taylorsville Road and Ruckriegel Parkway, on the night of Thursday, Feb. 12.


"As a result of the search warrant, over 100 files related to child sexual exploitation were discovered," the trooper writing the arrest report stated.


Police previewed 20 files and determined that they were, in fact, examples of child pornography.

Blair was arrested and charged with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying the sexual performance of a minor and one count of distribution of matter portraying the sexual performance of a minor.

At the time of this writing, he is housed in Louisville Metro Corrections.
