LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Dressed in nothing but undies, about 200 "cupids" raced Saturday for a good cause.

Cupid's Undie run at Fourth Street Live benefits the Children's Tumor Foundation.

Officials say that even with the 200 participants in the run, several others stood on the sidelines and cheered runners on.

The reason for the race was to have fun and raise awareness.

"We're crazy about finding a cure for (neurofibromatosis)," Louisville race director Missy Rasco said. "And my son has NF, so I'm a mom who will do anything for her kid. I'm really thankful that people here in Louisville have embraced it and will come out and act crazy."

Race officials say this year was better than last year's race because to the weather.

More than $30,000 was collected.
