JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. (WDRB) -- Mayor Mike Moore says Jeffersonville has established a Snow Hot Line for residents to call if they have non-emergency issues during today's snowstorm.


If you have questions or want to report weather-related issues, call the Snow Hot Line at 812-283-6633. City staff began answering calls at 8:30 a.m. Monday.


If you have an emergency, dial 911.


The Jeffersonville Police and Fire Department will provide transportation to for residents unable to drive to essential medical appointments (available for "ambulatory walking patients only).


Mayor Moore has asked residents to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary.
