POLICE: Sister of kidnapped Indiana teens admits to stealing money and drugs

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Scared and admitting she stole money and drugs: it's the latest twist in this week's Amber Alert for two Indiana teens.

Whitney Blackwell says Emma and Aaron are her younger siblings. The two were kidnapped Monday from their Indianapolis home. They were found by the FBI and returned home.

Six people have been charged in the case -- and Whitney Blackwell says she was dating one them. She claims the group kidnapped her siblings as retaliation for stealing money and drugs.

"I left $5 million in that house," she said. "I left multiple bricks of cocaine and heroin and 'molly' -- and five-gallon buckets of Oxycontin pills."

Police reports reveal two of the suspects were asked to hold onto the 16-year-old boy for $1,000. He was found tied up and blindfolded.

Emma Blackwell was reportedly put in a cab in Ohio and sent back to Indianapolis with a couple hundred dollars.
