LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - British officials have released details about an upcoming four-day visit to the United States for Charles, Prince of Wales and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.


The British royalty will come to Louisville on March 20 at the end of their U.S. visit.


The pair is scheduled to visit the U.S. from March 17-20.


While in Louisville, the couple will attend a cultural festival hosted by Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear and Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer at the Kentucky Center for African-American Heritage.


Prince Charles is scheduled to deliver a keynote address to community members about the relationship between health and the environment during his time in Louisville.


Duchess Camilla is scheduled to visit Neighborhood House in the Portland area, attend a reception at Churchill Downs and visit a food literacy project for youth at a local farm.


During their time in the U.S., the couple will also visit Washington D.C.


The visit is designed to help promote the UK's partnership with the U.S. in areas including sustainability, climate change, development of opportunities for youth and the encouragement of corporate social responsibility.
