LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A funeral will be held Friday for the third teen who died following a train crash in Buechel on Saturday.

The coroner's office says 17-year-old Nagin Thapa died of a brain injury at the hospital late Thursday afternoon.

Thapa is one of four teens in a car that was hit by a freight train, as the group traveled to a soccer game last Saturday.

Two other teens died at the scene.

The fourth teen remains in the hospital.

Earlier this week, Thapa's father told WDRB his son had recently dropped out of school. He was helping his family, who came to the U.S. as Bhutanese Nepali refugees.
