LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - A truck traveling on Scottsville Road in Floyds Knobs early this morning ended up in a dangerous situation.

The Lafayette Township Fire Protection District Rescue team arrived on the scene to find a passenger truck on its side, hanging over a creek bed 15 feet below.

The truck had drifted right traveling north on Scottsville Road, traveled up the guardrail and slammed into a concrete bridge abutment.

After securing the truck, it took rescue crews an hour to remove the driver from the truck.

The victim did not report any injuries, but was transported to the hospital.
