LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An online auction began Wednesday for the items from the estate of car dealer Sam Swope.

Hundreds of items are for sale, and each bid starts at just a $1. The items for sale include a motorcycle, furniture, jewelry and artwork.

"We are expecting a record crowd for the Louisville market," said Project Manager Stacie Hewitt,  "Between 500 to 1,000 people could be coming to this."

Anyone interested in seeing the items in person can see them on display on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Everything but the House -- the company running the sale -- will provide shuttle service to and from available parking from the home.

"Anyone who lives in Louisville knows the Sam Swope name," Hewitt said,  "You see his name on everybody's car driving around."

Items include a gold Rolex, a limited edition Honda Motorcycle and even a samurai helmet.

"He was very into motorcycle culture and he was also very whimsical," Hewitt said, "There are some whimsical items in this sale."

Part of the proceeds from the sale will benefit Kosair Charities.

Swope died in December.
