LMPD investigating after man is found dead inside car
Police found a man, believed to be in his 40s or 50s, dead inside a car behind a home.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Louisville Metro Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a car on Saturday morning.
Alphonse Mesinor, 52, was shot to death near his home on South 12th Street.
Investigators taped off an area near South 12th Street and West Magnolia Avenue and conducted a search with flashlights around cars and homes.
Officials say a call came in around 1 a.m.
Mesinor was pronounced dead at 6:22 a.m. of multiple gunshot wounds, and LMPD is still looking for information related to the case.
"We'll be canvassing the area, knocking on doors, talking to anyone who may have seen or heard anything," said LMPD Public Information Officer Alicia Smiley.
The homicide unit and crime scene technicians also responded to the scene.
