LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a Louisville house sitter wasn't exactly taking care of the property she was entrusted to protect.
According to an arrest report, 21-year-old Taylor M. Graham was arrested on Thursday morning. Police say that from April 3 to April 12, she was house sitting and pet sitting for a man on Belay Way, just west of Long Run Park. During that time period, she allegedly stole over $14,800 worth of property from the home, including electronics, jewelry and coins.
She then allegedly sold some of that property at the Game Stop on Hurstbourne Parkway, near Taylorsville Road.
Police say Graham has a prior conviction for the same type of offense, and was on probation at the time of this crime.
She is charged with theft by unlawful taking.
