LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say four people were taken to the hospital Thursday afternoon after a TARC bus was involved in an accident with another vehicle.

According to LMPD spokeswoman Alicia Smiley, it happened at 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of E. Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Jackson Street.

Police say the TARC bus and a passenger vehicle collided, causing the passenger vehicle to hit a female pedestrian. 

The pedestrian, the driver of the car and two people on the TARC bus were taken to the hospital, all with non-life-threatening injuries.

There is no word on who was at fault.
