Louisville woman accused of stealing Oxycodone while working as pharmacy tech at Walgreens

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 26-year-old Louisville woman working as a pharmacy technician for Walgreens has been arrested for allegedly stealing prescription pills.

According to the arrest report, police interviewed Andreana Lunsford after viewing surveillance video of Lunsford "unlawfully taking the oxycodone and placing it into her pocket."

Police say Lunsford admitted to taking "50 tabs for her back pain from January 2015 to present time."

She was arrested and charged with theft of a controlled substance.
