LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana high school needs help going to a national competition.

Students with Silver Creek High School Theatre are going to the International Thespian Festival this summer with their performance of Smokey Joe's Cafe.

This is the first time the group has been invited to nationals and the group made a YouTube video asking for donations to help them get there.

It costs about $750 for each student to go and the students are asking for community donations to help them represent Indiana on the national stage.

This Saturday, the group is holding a yard sale, bake sale and car wash at the school.
