LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The third suspect in a Derby night murder stood in front of a judge Wednesday morning.

Fahed Abu-Diab is charged with the murder of 49-year-old Scott Hunter of Toronto, Canada.

Police say Hunter was killed during a robbery, one of several allegedly committed by the suspects before Hunter was shot as he walked back to his hotel Derby night.

Abu-Diab also faces drug charges.

Police say Fahed, his sister Fatima and Tyrone Thomas Jr were all involved in Hunter's murder.

In court a not guilty plea was entered for Fahed.

He is being held on a $500,000 cash bond.
