LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Four of the five suspects charged in the murder of 16-month-old Ne'Rhiah Miller appeared in court Wednesday morning.

Trey Anderson, Michael Dunn Jr., William McLemore and Demarkus Tramber were arraigned on a new indictment.

All face murder, assault, attempted murder and wanton endangerment charges in the death of Miller in Aug. 2014 on S. 37th Street.

All four pleaded not guilty to the charges. They will be back in court next month for a bond hearing.

A fifth suspect, Duwan Mason, is not in custody.
