Family of man found dead in burnt-out car offering $10K reward for information

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – The Family of a man who was found dead in a burnt-out car in Oldham County is now offering a $10,000, according to a news release from Oldham County Police.

Police say Duwayne “Tank” Hale was the victim of an apparent homicide after his body was found in a burnt out car last month.

The car was found engulfed in flames on April 28 off U.S. 42 on North Highway 393. Once the fire was out, police discovered the body inside.

Oldham County Police request anyone with any information in this homicide to call Kentuckiana Crimestoppers at 582-CLUE.

In addition to the family's offer of $10,000, Crimestoppers are also offering $1,000.
