LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The body of two-year-old Laynee Wallace, who has been missing since last week, was found Monday, according to Kentucky State Police. 

Police say the body was found near where she was originally reported missing. Officials do not know the cause of death yet, but an emailed release says an autopsy will be performed. 

Anthony Dale Barbour, who was wanted in connection to her disappearance was arrested Monday during a traffic stop just after 1 p.m. Central Time at the Temple Hill Volunteer Fire Department.

Police say the investigation into Wallace's death is ongoing.
