LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville man accused of sexually abusing a woman told police he doesn't remember the incident because he was high on drugs.

According to the arrest report, it happened Tuesday afternoon at an apartment building in the 1400 block of S. Brook Street near downtown Louisville.

Police say the victim told them she was asleep in her bed when 52-year-old Kenneth Lewis entered her apartment without her permission and fondled her.

Lewis reportedly told police he had no clue what happened "other than he was on drugs, had done acid, and just couldn't remember."

According to the arrest report, Lewis admitted to investigators that "he did whatever victim stated he did."

Police say the Lewis and the victim live in the same apartment building.
