LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The undefeated Rochester Rhinos overpowered Louisville City 2-0 Saturday night, taking three points and remaining atop the Eastern Conference.

Though Louisville City nearly snuck in a header in the 25th minute on a free kick, a great save from goal keeper Brandon Miller kept the visitors off the score sheet.

Rochester's 11 shots looked much more convincing than Louisville's 11 chances in a physical match that only saw two yellow cards.

The Rhinos' leading goal scorer Christian Volesky notched one for the home team as Onua Obasi joined him on the score sheet.

Rochester moves to 8-0-1, while Louisville City drops to 5-2-6.

Louisville will head straight from Rochester to Chicago for their U.S. Open Cup match against the Chicago Fire Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
