LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A sexual harassment case that rocked Kentucky's state capitol has been settled.

Thomas Clay, the attorney for Yolanda Costner and Cassaundra Cooper, says the case is resolved to the "satisfaction of all parties involved." However, he said he could not go into more detail right now.

The women claimed that former State Representative John Arnold sexually harassed them for years, and that the Legislative Research Commission did nothing to protect them.

Arnold was fined $3,000 by the state Ethics Commission, but he is appealing that fine.
