LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A sexual harassment case that rocked Kentucky's state capitol will not go to trial.

Yolanda Costner and Cassaundra Cooper settled. Their attorney will only say the case is resolved to the "satisfaction of all parties involved."

The women claimed that former State Representative John Arnold sexually harassed them for years, and that the Legislative Research Commission did nothing to protect them.

Arnold resigned in the middle of the scandal and was fined $3,000 by the state Ethics Commission.

He is appealing that fine.
