LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A legendary moonshiner pays a visit to southern Indiana.

Steven Ray Tickle of Tickle's Dynamite Cinnamon Moonshine talked with fans in New Albany and Jeffersonville Saturday.

Fans had a chance to take a picture with the moonshiner and have a jar of moonshine signed.

The "Moonshiners" star says he and his partner on the show can't imagine not making moonshine.

"It's something that we love. It's part of our heritage. It's part of our culture, and it's something that's in our blood. Moonshine was becoming a lost art. It was going by the wayside, and neither one of us could stand to see that happen. So, we didn't know whether we were going to get in trouble or how it was going to go. We said we have to put it back out there. Whether we end up in jail or not, it would be worth it to us."

Tickle partnered with Sugarlands Distilling Company to sell his moonshine.
