LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man who called 911 and said he shot and killed his wife was in court Monday.

Police say 73-year-old Charles Shoulders shot 64-year-old Jaundora Shoulders in the head Saturday night at the couple's home on South 40th Street, near West Kentucky Street.

After Shoulders was arrested, officers say he urinated in an interview room and broke a table that was mounted on the wall, causing more than $500 in damage.

The judge entered a not guilty plea on Shoulders' behalf and ordered him held on a $100,000 bond.
