Southern Ind. doctor pleads guilty to Medicaid fraud and corrupt business influence
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana OBGYN accused of sexually abusing patients has pleaded guilty, but not to those charges.
Doctor Paul Kelty of Corydon pleaded guilty to Medicaid fraud and corrupt business influence.
Kelty has faced two dozen charges dating back to 2009, including several charges of sexual battery.
Several patients say he touched them inappropriately during exams.
He's due back in court next month for sentencing.
