LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Officials have released the name of a man who was recovered from the Ohio River Monday evening and say he was a missing boater.

Deputy Coroner Jack Arnold has identified the man as 37-year-old Danal Swinney.

Arnold said Swinney was pronounced dead at 7:49 p.m. Monday after his body was recovered. Swinney and others went missing July 4 after a boat he was on capsized. A total of nine people were on the pontoon that capsized.

Arnold also said the cause of death was consistent with drowning.

Swinney's body was found near the Falls of the Ohio.

Two other people died in the incident.

Searchers are still looking for a missing woman and a young girl.
