Louisville, Ky. (WDRB) -- A 19-year-old girl took the witness stand Friday to deliver graphic testimony in the case of a JCPS teacher accused of raping her in 2009.

The girl was 12-years-old when her former teacher allegedly raped her at one of his daughter's sleepovers. The defense asked her detailed questions about her alleged sexual relationship with Scott Quisenberry.

Quisenberry was the girl's teacher at Bullitt Lick Middle School, before working at Kerrick Elementary for JCPS. The alleged victim says she was friends with Quisenberry's daughter and spent the night at his house nearly 40 times. She says the relationship escalated to oral sex, then intercourse.

Investigators say the crimes allegedly happened when the girl was 12 in 2009 and continued until she was 15 in Nelson and Jefferson counties. She says the two would have sex in the basement while Quisenberry's wife was sleeping upstairs.

"Thirty-six times is a lot of times," the alleged victim said. "I did not mark them all down on a calendar explaining what I did every time or what happened every time."

"They were just always together. She was in his room a lot. I have observed, when I walked down hallways, I look in classrooms. I observed them eating lunch together, just the two of them," Carol Ellison, the Asst. Principal at Bullitt Lick Middle School says for the girl's eighth grade year.

The alleged victim's mother eventually saw concerning texts and talked to a priest about it -- who contacted police.

Quisenberry is charged with three counts of rape and four counts of sodomy. He's on non-instructional duties with JCPS and is still making his $65,000 salary, pending the outcome of the criminal charges.

The trial continues Monday.
