New Albany city council approves $16 million luxury apartments
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The New Albany City Council has approved a $16 million downtown development.
New luxury apartments will be built at the site of the former Coyle Chevrolet Dealership on Spring Street.
It will also be the first apartment development in southern Indiana to offer gigabit Internet.
Construction is expected to begin later this summer and take about 18 months.
